We brought our vehicle in early on August 30th for an interior detail. Red flags appeared right away: the shop was staffed entirely by a young crew with no manager present, and after filling out the paperwork, no one even asked us for the keys because they were too busy talking amongst themselves. I had an excellent experience at Carnation Auto Spa in Fort Worth. From start to finish, the staff was professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to customer satisfaction. The quality of the work and attention to detail truly stood out. I especially want to recognize Alberto, the manager, for his professionalism and outstanding customer service. He handled everything with integrity, communicated clearly, and made sure my concerns were addressed thoughtfully and professionally. It’s rare to find a manager who takes such pride in both the customer experience and standing behind the service provided. The team worked hard, treated me with respect, and delivered the kind of service that keeps customers coming back. If you’re looking for a car wash and detailing business that values professionalism, quality, and customer care, Carnation Auto Spa Fort Worth is definitely worth visiting.
